關於 AppWorks 之初加速器集團
2009 年成立，由「創業者」為「創業者」設立的加速器，以及基於加速器發展的新創社群與創投機構，致力協助下世代的創業者，抓住數位革命的成長機會。正如 Mobile Internet 曾引發巨大的產業變革，我們相信 AI 與區塊鏈正推動新一波關鍵的典範轉移。我們認為，創造一個偉大事業的過程中，創業者是主角，而投資人則是配角，我們專注扮演配角，從種子時期開始支持有想法的團隊，一路陪著他們打造區域級、世界級的偉大企業。
AppWorks
Founded in 2009, AppWorks is an accelerator built by founders for founders, which has since expanded into a broader startup community and venture capital platform. We are committed to helping the next generation of entrepreneurs capture the opportunities emerging from the digital revolution. Just as the Mobile Internet reshaped entire industries, we believe AI and blockchain are driving the next major paradigm shift.
We believe founders lead the work of building great companies, and our role is to support them. From the seed stage onward, AppWorks provides long-term guidance, capital, and a strong regional network, standing alongside teams as they grow into regional and global businesses.Today, AppWorks supports founders through two core pillars: the Accelerator & Community, and our Venture Funds.
關於 AppWorks Accelerator 之初加速器
2010 年成立，AppWorks Accelerator 每半年遴選最具潛力的團隊加入，協助創業者從 0 到 1 找到 Product-Market Fit、並在成長階段建立可持續與可擴張的商業模式。截至目前，AppWorks 生態系共有 653 家活躍新創、2,086 位創業者；其中包含 288 家 AI 新創、600 位 AI 創業者，以及 156 家 Web3 新創、424 位 Web3 創業者。這些公司合計已募得 73 億美元，總市值 377 億美元，共同創造 174 億美元年營收，並提供 28,256 個工作機會。我們的新創社群分佈於台灣、印尼、新加坡、馬來西亞、越南、菲律賓、韓國、日本與香港等九大市場，陪伴創業者打造跨市場、具長期競爭力的事業。
AppWorks Accelerator
Founded in 2010, AppWorks Accelerator selects the most promising teams every six months, helping founders go from 0 to 1 in finding product–market fit and supporting growth-stage startups in building sustainable and scalable business models. To date, the AppWorks ecosystem includes 653 active startups and 2,086 founders, among them 288 AI startups with 600 AI founders, and 156 Web3 startups with 424 Web3 founders. Collectively, these companies have raised US$7.3 billion, reached a total valuation of US$37.7 billion, generated US$17.4 billion in annual revenue, and created 28,256 jobs. Spanning nine key markets: Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong, our community supports founders in building cross-market, long-term competitive businesses.
關於 AppWorks Funds 之初創投基金
AppWorks 管理四支創投基金，總募集金額 3.8 億美元，我們與認同 AppWorks 理念的投資人合作，其中包括在科技製造、金融、媒體、電信等領域領先的企業。AppWorks Funds 通常投資種子輪至 C 輪的新創，每年進行 20-30 個投資案，目前為止已投資超過 100 家新創，其中許多在其所處產業或領域中居於領先地位，如：Lalamove、Dapper Labs / Flow、Animoca Brands、91APP、Figment、Carousell、ShopBack、17LIVE、KKday 等。此外，AppWorks Funds 至今已有 6 個 IPO 案 (Uber、隆中網絡、創業家兄弟、松果購物、91APP、17LIVE)、9 個 IEO 案，以及 1 隻百角獸 (Hectocorn)、2 隻十角獸 (Decacorn) 與 8 隻獨角獸 (Unicorn) 。
AppWorks Funds
AppWorks manages four venture capital funds, total funds raised US$ 386 million. We collaborate with limited partners who share our vision, including leading institutions in sectors spanning technology manufacturing, finance, and media and telecom. We invest in startups ranging from Seed Round to Series C, and fund around 20 to 30 deals a year, now with more than 100 names in our portfolio, including leading startups in several verticals such as Lalamove, Dapper Labs/Flow, Animoca Brands, 91APP, Figment, Carousell, ShopBack, 17LIVE, and KKday, while having produced six IPOs (Uber, GameSparcs, Kuobrothers, Pcone, 91APP, 17LIVE), nine IEOs, one hectocorn, two decacorns, and eight unicorns.

Aiworks 專注協助企業推動 AI 與自動化升級，以顧問服務與人才培訓為核心，從素養啟蒙到應用落地，協助組織將技術融入日常工作，提升效率、降低營運成本，並強化流程品質與組織韌性。曾協助台灣大哥大、永豐金控、南山人壽、和泰產險、翰林出版等企業建立 AI 與自動化能力，從探索應用場景、流程再設計，到跨部門共學，協助組織形成可持續的數位運作模式。截至目前，Aiworks 已與超過 170 家企業合作，累計培訓逾 10,000 位學員，服務橫跨電信、金融、零售、出版與科技產業。
Aiworks by AppWorks School
Aiworks supports enterprises in advancing AI and automation transformation through consulting services and workforce training. From foundational literacy to practical implementation, Aiworks helps organizations integrate technology into daily operations to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and strengthen process quality and organizational resilience. Aiworks has supported companies such as Taiwan Mobile, SinoPac Holdings, Nanshan Life, Hotai Insurance, and Hanlin Publishing in building AI and automation capabilities—ranging from identifying application scenarios and redesigning workflows to facilitating cross-department co-learning—helping them establish sustainable digital operating models. More than 170 enterprises and over 10,000 professionals are empowered across the telecommunications, finance, retail, publishing, and technology sectors.
